Requirements

  • Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years.
  • Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP).
  • 3+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a classified environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Industrial Security.
  • Experience with National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and 32 CFR, part 117 (NISPOM).
  • Experience with Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 5205.07, Volumes 1-4.
  • Experience with ICD 705 Construction Standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts assigned Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements.
  • Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective action.
  • Assists less experienced personnel with Internal Security Controls.
  • Conducts Administrative Inquiries on personnel, processes and situations in accordance with established operating procedures to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements.
  • Conducts Communication Security (COMSEC) duties and responsibilities in compliance with government regulations/requirements.
  • Protects government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures through development, implementation and administration of an Operational Security program.
  • Assists Personnel Security team and/or processes to assist in obtaining individual security clearances/accesses for standard customer requirements.
  • Conducts security awareness training and education program to educate, refresh, and motivate personnel to protect people, property and information.
  • Performs Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities to ensure compliance with company and government regulations/requirements.
  • Performs Sub-Contractor Management to ensure compliance with government regulations/requirements.
  • Participates, as requested, on enterprise Integrated Product Team (IPT) sub or task teams.
  • Assists the other Data Transfer Agent (DTA) approximately 50% of the time, conducting transfers to and from multiple networks within a Special Access Program area.
  • Trains on all tools used as part of the DTA process and assists in the development of new or modified AFT procedures as program needs and requirements evolve.
