About The Position

Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a Mid Level Engineer to join our exciting team. This near-term opportunity is ideal for a self-starting, detail-oriented, and technically proficient individual having engineering experience with naval ship systems. You will provide direct support to Navy program leadership inside the Undersea Defensive Warfare Systems office. This position will provide support in the field of integrated logistics. In part, the work is technically oriented. The candidate must be able to examine proposed changes to systems and components and be able to determine where changes are needed, to supply parts, procedures, technical drawings, training, and more. While you won’t make those changes (in most cases), you must be able to determine that such changes are necessary. You will then track that process from approval to completion across multiple stakeholders. This program office has multiple ‘products’, and as such changes are frequent and numerous. A candidate should have experience communicating and interfacing directly with senior leaders; leading efforts and tracking and completing multiple tasks in parallel; working independently with little to no supervision; and providing objective, independent critical thinking. This position will allow you to make a major difference across many programs within the program office.
