We are looking for candidates with a solid interest or background in executive compensation and employee benefits law, including experience with respect to equity plans and agreements, executive retention packages, retirement and welfare plans, as well as the handling of employee benefit plans and compensation arrangements in mergers and acquisitions. This position is open to our Washington D.C. office.
