About The Position

The Mid Level Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing and optimizing electronic systems for innovative medical technologies. This role focuses on board design and signal integrity, contributing to the development of life-saving devices that adhere to high safety and reliability standards. The position offers an opportunity for engineers with 3-5 years of experience to enhance their skills in a collaborative environment dedicated to advancing healthcare technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Proficiency in PCB design, including schematic capture, layout, and component selection.
• Knowledge of signal integrity principles, including debugging and analysis.
• Familiarity with medical device standards such as IEC 60601 and ISO 13485.
• Experience using design tools like Altium, OrCAD, or similar.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with analog/digital circuit integration and low-power design.
• Familiarity with high-speed interfaces (e.g., USB, Ethernet, I2C/SPI protocols).
• Understanding of risk analysis methodologies such as DFMEA.
• Exposure to regulatory compliance and medical device testing (e.g., EMI/EMC).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PCB and hardware systems for medical devices.
• Conduct signal integrity analysis to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform testing and validation of electronic systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Mechanical, Firmware, and Quality departments.
