We are headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA. We are seeking a Mid-Level Computer Engineer to support our Navy customer in Port Hueneme, CA.

  • Assist in the quality inspection, evaluation and reporting of material received from vendors, ship modernization, and hardware production and assembly per the latest approved technical drawings and/or specifications document.
  • Provide information and system analysis of combat weapons systems and technical support in support classified/unclassified Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs) that are outside the cognizance of the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) for both tactical and non-tactical combat system.
  • Assist in conducting testing, risk analyses, design recommendations and coordinate with certifying organizations.
  • Assist in installation, monitoring, upgrading, maintaining and performing system administration for support systems, tactical and training.
  • Assist in the development of proposals for commercial off the shelf (COTS) refresh of new and existing systems to include both Hardware and Software updates.
  • 7 years of providing computer design, software development or computer network support to the US Navy AND a Masters
  • OR 10 years of providing computer design, software development or computer network support to the US Navy AND a Bachelors.
  • A master’s OR bachelor’s degree in computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or mathematics with a field of concentration in computer science with the applicable years of experience.
