Mid Level Associate - Corporate M&A (Atlanta / Other)
About The Position
Kilpatrick is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate with at least 3 years of relevant transactional experience, preferably in a mid to large law firm. The associate should have experience in M&A transactions and the ability to support others on a wide variety of deals—particularly M&A and private equity deals; the ability to draft M&A transaction documents; experience with corporate due diligence projects; the ability to manage complex transactions to closing; familiarity with corporate governance principles; and familiarity with federal securities laws. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials. Candidate can be based in either our Atlanta, Chicago, Washington DC, or New York office. We offer a collaborative environment and the opportunity to work on sophisticated and high-profile transactions.
Requirements
