Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of Application Development experience.
Proficiency in .NET, C#, and Python.
Experience with ESRI APIs and SDKs.
Strong knowledge of software development best practices.
Familiarity with geospatial technologies.
Experience in developing testing criteria and conducting tests.
Ability to implement automation scripts for data processing.
Understanding of federal compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain custom geospatial and situational awareness applications.
Provide technical expertise during requirements collection and analysis.
Develop solutions to meet the needs of GIS Programs.
Create testing criteria based on Operational Requirements.
Develop test plans and test scripts for system integrity.
Conduct developmental and operational testing of applications.

Regularly update and maintain applications for compatibility.
