Mid-Level All-Source Analyst (INDOPACOM)
About The Position
Castalia Systems is looking for a Mid-level All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team, youll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, youll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address critical intelligence questions. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
- TS/SCI & willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a fusion cell environment or directly with all-source analysts writing ICD 203 and ICD 206-compliant finished intelligence production
- Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
- Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
- Strong MIDB Experience
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
