About The Position

In this role, you will make significant individual contributions that are used instantly and heavily by our clients who depend on our software to run their businesses. You will leverage your orthogonal expertise to introduce abstractions and systems that improve the team's velocity. Additionally, you will raise the bar for engineering quality by setting and enforcing standards, mentor teammates to help them grow as architects and engineers, and work closely with product and design teammates as well as our clients to collectively define what we're building.

Requirements

• Collaborate well with engineering teammates and cross-functionally.
• Provide positive and constructive feedback to teammates.
• Willingness to work in-person at the Redwood City office at least a couple of days a week.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a software engineer.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with construction or building materials.
• Experience with Go, React, and TypeScript.
