About The Position

Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid Collection Manager to support a federal government client. The role involves applying Collection Requirements Management (CRM) and Collection Operations Management (COM) principles to facilitate the satisfaction of CDRUSSPACECOM Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) as well as current intelligence needs associated with deliberate/crisis action planning and military operations. The position requires collaboration across USSPACECOM staff, components, supported/supporting CCMDs, and the Intelligence Community (IC) to optimize Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) processes in support of USSPACECOM needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience, may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Desired education and training to include an in-residence DoD/IC collection management course and at least four years of experience relevant to space/counterspace-related intelligence requirements/collection management.

Responsibilities

  • Apply Collection Requirements Management (CRM) and Collection Operations Management (COM) principles to facilitate satisfaction of CDRUSSPACECOM Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs).
  • Collaborate across USSPACECOM staff, components, supported/supporting CCMDs, and the Intelligence Community (IC) to optimize TCPED processes.
  • Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection efforts to generate timely accurate information satisfying USSPACECOM requirements.
  • Utilize statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques to find, interpret, and present ISR data from myriad sources.
  • Ensure collaboration amongst all labor categories and the Government to create Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) and Measures of Performance (MOPs).
  • Identify collection gaps, determine related opportunities/options, and produce recommended solutions to improve collection activities.
  • Assess models of future intelligence collection scenarios to optimize implementation activities that meet anticipated needs.
