This role will perform a wide range of wholesale and point of sale activities to further develop Executive Benefits and other new business opportunities for the organization. Areas of Focus Promotes NFP Executive Benefits products and services through intermediaries and joint partnerships such as large consulting firms, accounting firms, law firms, banks and warehouses. Sells the complete offering of company products and services Acquires new customers Leads all aspects of the sales process Ensures a seamless transition of customer responsibility to account management team Other responsibilities Maintains and share product knowledge with NFP associates Attends various executive benefits conferences when available Obtains and maintains relevant licensing Works with NFP sales and marketing staff to develop strategy Maintains pipeline of activity in Salesforce Expectations Achieves assigned sales quota Meets assigned expectations for profitability Achieves new account acquisition targets Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame

Requirements

  • Life & Health/ Accident License
  • 5+ years of industry sales experience
  • Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 within 12 months of hire
