About The Position

Amentum is seeking a Mid Analyst to support our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract. Responsibilities Serves as Mid Analyst, specific duties and functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Manage the distribution of case files to Junior Analysts, balancing individual workloads and staffing levels to optimize resource utility and maintain cost control. Conduct independent verification of all case products using standardized checklists to ensure accuracy, compliance, and mission alignment. Identify deficiencies in deliverables and manage the "return-for-rework" process, providing actionable feedback to Junior Analysts to maintain high output standards. Responsible for the end-to-end processing of individual cases, including assignment, initial QC, and final submission to Senior Leadership. Produce professional Case File product coversheets and ensure all submissions to Team Leads/Senior Analysts include complete dual-QC documentation. Track and report Junior Analyst productivity and staffing metrics to the Team Lead, serving as a primary mechanism for monitoring operational overhead.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Public Trust
  • Bachelor’s degree (2-4 years exp), Master’s degree (0-2 years exp), or High School Diploma (8-10 years exp).
