About The Position

Amentum is seeking a Mid All-Source Analyst (OR&D) to support our USSPACECOM program in Colorado Springs, CO. Duties: Authors USSPACECOM J2 all-source finished intelligence products, in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203, 206 Analytic Tradecraft Standards, and the DIA Style Manual for Intelligence Production per the deliverable's guideline in Section 7.1.7. Provides daily written, verbal, and visually represented all-source analytic support to the USSPACECOM Commander and customers across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) on foreign space capabilities including, but not limited to, foreign adversary space doctrine, strategy, communications and collections, vulnerabilities, platforms, assembly and launch capabilities, weapons, dual-use systems and technologies, and emerging space technologies. Provides finished, all-source intelligence products to senior-level military, and civilian personnel, to assess, analyze, develop, coordinate, and publish USSPACECOM Intelligence products on the infrastructure, systems, components, employment, and vulnerabilities of all foreign space and counterspace systems. Identifies emerging threats and provide opportunities to counter adversaries within USSPACECOM's area of responsibility (AOR) for the Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE). Identifies, collects, fuses, and analyzes raw reporting across multiple-domain and multiple-intelligence disciplines within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) to provide indications and warning (I&W), help define USSPACECOM targeting priorities and to protect and defend the U.S., allied, and partner nation military and commercial space capabilities. Supports planning, developing, collecting, recommending, and maintaining Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) to support the Commander's decision-making process, the execution of the Commander's Critical Information Requirements (CCIRs), and refinement of the USSPACECOM counterspace warning process. Adheres to the DIA Style Manual for Intelligence Production across all USSPACECOM finished, all-source, intelligence products, and requirements.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph.
  • 8 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least four years of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
