About The Position

We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to support the configuration and implementation of a grants management platform for a state Rural Health Transformation program. This role will focus on building and configuring solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to support grant lifecycle management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Experience building workflow-driven applications
• Experience integrating with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, SharePoint, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with grants management systems or public sector applications
• Experience supporting HHS or Medicaid programs
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or Azure services

Responsibilities

• Design and configure applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Support implementation of grants management workflows (application intake, review, approval, reimbursement tracking)
• Develop integrations with other systems and data sources
• Customize forms, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and usability
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements
