About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our team in Richmond, VA. This is a hybrid position, requiring local candidates who can attend onsite meetings as requested. The role involves working closely with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to develop and manage applications that meet our clients' needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and managing Dataverse, as well as ensuring the effective integration of SharePoint document management. This position requires a strong understanding of ITIL methodologies, particularly in Change Management and Service Management, to ensure that all solutions are developed and implemented following best practices. The Microsoft Power Platform Developer will also be tasked with managing security roles, column security profiles, and user access within the Power Platform environment. The role demands proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS, as well as a solid understanding of database and data modeling principles. The candidate will be expected to perform solution upgrades, manage environment settings, and handle backup and restore processes. Additionally, familiarity with Azure B2B and UI/UX design principles will be beneficial in this role. This is a contract position with an expected duration of 12 months, and candidates must be available for immediate interviews via webcam. The hourly pay ranges from $30 to $50, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates will need to pick up their laptops onsite and attend meetings as required by management, with prior notification provided.
