The Partner Solutions Specialist is a partner-facing enablement and sales acceleration role focused on driving Microsoft Modern Work, Copilot, and AI solution adoption. This role plays a critical role in activating partners by enabling sales and technical teams, strengthening solution readiness, and executing high-impact go-to-market motions. Working closely with Channel Managers, Microsoft field teams, and Arrow internal stakeholders, the Partner Solutions Specialist helps partners build repeatable, scalable Modern Work and Copilot-led sales motions that drive customer adoption, usage, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a solutions-oriented operator who enjoys teaching, enabling, and accelerating partner success at scale.
