As the Microsoft Office 365 Lead at Vontier, you will play a pivotal role in leading digital transformation initiatives within a global organization focused on advancing mobility. This position requires a strong passion for driving revenue growth, optimizing investments, and achieving operational excellence. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with various global teams and Operating Companies, managing day-to-day activities through our systems. Your expertise in Microsoft Office 365 will be crucial as you work alongside infrastructure and product team leads, architects, and other stakeholders to enhance the digital workspace experience using Microsoft Office 365 tools and technology. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain various Office 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, O365, Proofpoint, and email security. You will leverage technologies such as Outlook, Quest Migration, and Defender for Office 365 to meet business needs effectively. Your responsibilities will also include driving best practices in Digital Workplace and Office 365 infrastructure tools and technology, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of digital innovation. You will support the day-to-day operations of Office 365, configuring, administering, securing, and troubleshooting the Office 365 tenant mail routing and configurations. Additionally, you will be tasked with discovering Active Directory (AD), Exchange, and Exchange Online security settings, preparing comprehensive discovery reports, and documenting risks and dependencies associated with these elements. Your role will involve monitoring and administering Office 365 tools and technologies, managing e-discovery, and providing technical guidance on various security aspects, including malware and phishing protection. Furthermore, you will assist in the migration of legacy or third-party cloud email solutions to O365, ensuring a seamless transition for the organization.
