About The Position
Silika, a division of Pinnacle, is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our enterprise IT ecosystem. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure architecture or related roles.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise infrastructure solutions.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

- Microsoft Azure architecture and services.
- Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and cloud).
- Cloud Migration strategies and execution.
- GCC and GCC-H environments for government compliance.
- Microsoft Purview for data governance and compliance.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and best practices.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Lead migrations from on-premises systems to cloud platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
- Develop architecture standards and best practices for security, compliance, and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on Microsoft technologies and security solutions.
