SAIC is seeking a, Fully Remote, Microsoft Exchange Online Engineer to support the U.S. Army 365 (A365) end users to deliver high‑quality technical assistance for Exchange Online services, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining reliable communication systems. You will work closely with cross‑functional technical teams, driving collaboration and contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes and service delivery. NOTE: This is a fully Remote / Work from Home position. JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide Tier II / III technical support for Exchange Online services within the Army 365 environment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex email, mailbox, calendar, and connectivity issues. Manage and support Exchange Online configurations, policies, and security settings. Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration with Microsoft 365 services. Document resolutions, create knowledge base articles, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
