The Engineer - Enterprise Collaboration Messaging candidate will provide expertise, 2nd and 3rd line support duties for the team responsible for end-to-end delivery of all e-mail services of ICE, Inc. and subsidiary companies. This position requires good knowledge and experience with Secure E-mail Gateways, Exchange Online, Exchange 2016/2019, and a good understanding of e-mail security controls and knowledge of a range of enterprise tools and practices. Candidates must be self-starters and quick learners who are not afraid to ask questions. Performing in a high-pressure environment while resolving issues promptly is essential.
