This is a hybrid position in Towson, MD (21204). 3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote. US Citizenship or a Green Card is required. We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics subject matter expert to lead the design, development, and ongoing support of an enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. This role will focus on building a scalable, integrated CRM platform that supports business operations across multiple departments, with an initial emphasis on economic and workforce-related programs. The selected candidate will plan and guide the technical implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics solution, including system configuration, custom development, and integrations with existing applications. In addition to hands-on development, this role will provide knowledge transfer and training to internal staff, ensuring long-term sustainability of the platform and enabling users to effectively leverage Microsoft Dynamics for evolving business needs.
