The ideal candidate will serve as the Microsoft Solutions Technical Lead within an agile team, managing development, deployment, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics and Office 365 SaaS solutions.   • Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for customizing Microsoft SaaS offerings to meet client needs.
  • Document requirements for configuring, testing, and integrating case management solutions.
  • Map functional requirements to Microsoft Dynamics features to deliver CRM solutions.
  • Integrate existing systems into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture.
  • Lead deployment and provisioning activities, prioritizing project requirements.
  • Develop test plans and manage testing cycles including regression, UAT, data validation, pre-production, and production.
  • Collaborate on post-deployment activities including training.
  • Implement redundancy systems/backups and ensure continuity of operations and disaster recovery.
  • United States citizenship is required.
  • Active Secret Clearance is preferred.
  • College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years’ experience with software development, specifically using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft SaaS solutions.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, the Power platform technologies and Azure DevOps.
  • Motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
  • Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
  • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
