We are seeking a motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support the customization, configuration, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple functional areas. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • 1+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 CE or F&O modules.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • 1+ years of experience working with SSIS, SSRS, or Power BI for reporting and data operations.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust Clearance.
  • Must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the US.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or CRM systems.
  • Certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly

Responsibilities

  • Dynamics 365 Customization & Configuration Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance & Operations (as applicable).
  • Build and modify forms, views, dashboards, and reports to support business requirements.
  • Configure security roles, business rules, and entity fields as needed.
  • Development & Automation Develop plugins, workflows, and custom business logic using C# and .NET.
  • Build Power Automate flows and Power Apps integrated with D365.
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot FetchXML, JavaScript, and SQL queries.
  • Support integrations with external systems using APIs or middleware tools.
  • System Enhancements & Support Assist in system upgrades, patching, feature rollouts, and D365 deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 application issues in collaboration with senior developers and business analysts.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, including solution design, configuration guides, and deployment steps.
  • Collaboration & Methodology Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams business analysts, QA testers, architects to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
