About The Position

As a Client-Facing Technical Architect specializing in Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, you will spearhead the design and delivery of transformative, high-value solutions for Crowe clients. This role demands technical leadership, ensuring exceptional quality, seamless execution, and client satisfaction across complex projects. Collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners, you will architect sophisticated enterprise systems that align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years designing and delivering enterprise solutions on Microsoft platforms.
  • 5+ years with D365 F&O/AX and/or CE (at least 2-3 full cycle implementations in an architect or lead role).
  • Hands on knowledge of D365 F&O extensibility and environment strategy.
  • Proven architecture experience across Power Platform and Azure integration services.
  • Strong integration track record.
  • Demonstrated ownership of non‑functional design with measurable SLOs.
  • Production experience with ALM.
  • Strong grasp of security & governance.
  • Excellent client communication and consulting acumen.
  • People management experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Dataverse/Dualwrite, D365 Supply Chain/Commerce/CE integrations.
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio and RAG patterns.
  • Microsoft certifications (one or more).

Responsibilities

  • Own the target architecture for D365 F&O and integrated applications across Power Platform and Azure.
  • Select and apply the right integration patterns and design secure, versioned APIs.
  • Design data & analytics strategies to enable reporting, automation, and AI.
  • Embed non‑functional requirements with clear SLOs and testable acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the primary client‑facing technical lead from discovery through go‑live and hypercare.
  • Lay the foundation for delivery by setting up environments, integration patterns, security, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Ensure technical deliverables meet rigorous quality standards and align with strategic objectives.
  • Establish and enforce engineering standards.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration with broader Crowe Technical specialists.
  • Build ERP and integration solutions that surface the right data in the right way.
  • Embed automation and intelligence into processes to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making.
  • Help clients adopt Copilot and AI capabilities in a controlled, value-driven manner.
  • Shape proposals/SoWs, lead client demos and technical deep‑dives.
  • Create reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and best‑practice playbooks.
