About The Position

Responsibilities: Plan and run the ERP migration (discovery, build, data migration, testing, cutover, hypercare). Administer D365 environments, security, updates/hotfixes, and performance monitoring. Design and manage integrations (Dataverse, APIs, Azure services, third‑party connectors). Establish DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, ALM, and change/release management. Implement data governance: cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation. Own incident/problem management; drive root‑cause and preventative actions. Document standards; enable training; partner with business process owners. Skills: 5+ years with Microsoft ERP (D365 F\&O or Business Central) in admin/engineering roles. Strong experience migrating ERP platforms and stabilizing post‑go‑live operations. Expertise in Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault), APIs. Security/compliance, performance tuning, test automation, and CI/CD experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Additional Requirements: US Citizen or GCH. Reside within 50 miles of St. Louis, MO.
