About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager to join our growing and diverse team. The successful candidate will manage large and complex Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply chain projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations. Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
7+ years of experience managing large and complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC and CE projects.
Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform and related technologies such as Azure and Power Platform
Proven track record of successful project delivery, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
Experience working with clients across various industries and geographies.
PMP certification.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones!
Has successfully completed at minimum 2-3 Dynamics 365 AX / FO project from project initiation through go-live
Experience with two or more Microsoft Dynamics functional areas, preferably: Finance, Trade & Logistics, Warehouse Management, Sales, Marketing, Service, Production, Manufacturing, and other modules.

Nice To Haves

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s) and PMP Certification preferred
Master's Degree in Information Systems Management; degrees in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
Dynamics 365 CE/CRM experience.
Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of large and complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC projects, from planning and scoping to implementation and post-implementation support.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project success.
Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
Lead cross-functional teams, including technical teams, business analysts, and quality assurance teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and escalation of issues.
Conduct regular project reviews to ensure adherence to best practices including Microsoft Success by Design and project governance standards.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal development, project scoping, and estimation.
Develop and maintain project documentation and artifacts
Collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack and Engineering teams to gain deep product insights along with supporting customer solution design reviews.
Act as a bridge between consulting leadership and consulting team members in the organization.
Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, scoping, and proposal development.
