As a Service Delivery Manager you can expect to work with a long tenured, highly experienced, collaborative, supportive, and a fun goal-oriented team. You will be taking part in an exciting work environment with some of the best and most experienced Dynamics 365 Functional and Technical Consultants in the business. You will be responsible for delivery and management into strategic live client accounts within the Customer Care team, handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, and understanding change management. Building strong relationships with clients and partners is essential, as is prioritizing tasks and communicating commitments with clients and team members. You will work in a highly collaborative team environment and may need to travel to client-site when necessary.
