  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP (D365, 2013, 2011, or 4.0 systems/core, external components, and architecture)
  • Proven success configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 products
  • One or more Dynamics CRM or ERP certifications (D365, 2013/2011/4.0/Online)
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting D365 applications
  • Skilled in functional design, implementation, and maintenance of D365 modules
  • Expertise authoring and reviewing functional and technical documentation
  • Ability to create accurate project estimates for configuration and coding efforts
