Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Manager to join our growing Microsoft team. As a Manager , you’ll partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions. You’ll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You’ll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization using X++, C#, JavaScript, and Azure services
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API integrations
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline ( e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, or r elated f ield)
  • 5+ years working in Dynamics 365 development with a focus on extending functionality and building complex solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate, or Azure Developer Associate are preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design ing and develop ing advanced, large-scale solutions that extend the core functionality of Dynamics 365
  • Build ing relationships with clients and providing exceptional experiences
  • Project management and team leadership
  • Promote a positive team culture that fosters open communication among all engagement team members
  • Create development opportunities for others, including participating in the creation and rollout of training, and ways for your team to improve our clients and communities
  • Participating in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business
  • Working with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries
  • Architect ing , design ing , and implement ing complex extensions, customizations, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 platform
  • Leverag ing tools such as Power Platform, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and APIs to build scalable, high-performance solutions
  • Collaborat ing with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables
  • Develop ing reusable components, frameworks, and best practices to optimize future development efforts
  • Set ting development standards, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Review ing and approv ing code, ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and project requirements
  • Mentor ing and guid ing team members, fostering technical growth and a culture of excellence
  • Establish ing and enforc ing processes for code reviews, deployments, and technical documentation
  • P artner ing with project managers, solution architects, and functional leads to align technical execution with project goals
  • Provid ing technical expertise and recommendations during project planning and execution phases
  • E valuat ing , summariz ing , organiz ing , and interpret ing data
  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network , including with senior executives
  • Ability to translate and communicate issues, risk , or challenges to client personnel, including executives
  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate
