Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients’ team and we’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business and technical perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever-changing industry. Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform Business Analysts participate in enterprise solution implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. After our sales team wins a project, you'll become an integral part of the delivery team to ensure the solutions built for our clients meet their needs to help drive their success. As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will be instrumental in connecting business needs with technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions that are in perfect harmony with business objectives. Your key responsibilities As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch business analysis and system configuration. Your day-to-day will involve: Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses Expect to travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients. Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience including a minimum of 2 years of experience in system design or information system
  • Minimum of one-year experience (or 2+ projects) implementing Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platform technologies and have hands on experience with configuration and customizations
  • Familiar with relational database concepts
  • Self-starter and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; Master’s degree in one of these areas preferred

Responsibilities

  • Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
  • Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
  • Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
  • Expect to travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients.
  • Participate in discovery meetings with clients and prospects to understand and document their business requirements
  • Propose and design solutions using the extensive Power Platform capabilities to solve the identified business requirements
  • Customize Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform applications
  • Work with developers to define and create specifications for any custom code or data migration requirements
  • Create reports

  • The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900.
  • The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400.
  • Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
  • In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
