This role is focused on driving enterprise business application sales, helping organizations digitally transform using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies. The Sales Consultant will develop and execute strategies to grow revenue, build strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities across finance, operations, and industry-specific solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through digital transformation initiatives, align solutions with business needs, and collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure successful outcomes. You will manage the full sales cycle, develop robust pipelines, and leverage industry knowledge to achieve measurable results. This position allows for remote work or field-based presence, with a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in ERP systems.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, PowerApps, Business Central, or equivalent platforms.
  • Proven ability to hunt new business, develop client relationships, and drive solutions across complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in consulting services sales or solutions selling preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple opportunities, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and revenue in Microsoft Business Applications.
