Join the team at accentedge as a Microsoft Azure Administrator. In this critical role, you will manage and support our cloud infrastructure on Azure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of our services. You'll work closely with development and operations teams to deploy and maintain cloud solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

  • Monitor and manage Azure resources, ensuring optimal performance, resource allocation, and cost management.
  • Automate the deployment of applications and infrastructure using tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Azure DevOps, and PowerShell.
  • Implement and manage security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC), identity management, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and oversee backup and disaster recovery strategies for Azure resources to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Azure services, working with support teams and utilizing logs and alerts.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for Azure architecture, configurations, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and project continuity.
  • Work closely with cloud architects, developers, and other IT teams to assist in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Azure Administrator or in a similar role managing cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Azure services and features, including Azure Active Directory (AAD), Azure Functions, Azure App Services, and Azure Storage.
  • Skills in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Azure CLI for automation of tasks and deployments.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (or similar certification) is preferred.
  • Understanding of cloud networking concepts, VPNs, firewalls, and Azure security tools.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to address technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and configuration management.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and their implications in cloud environments.
