You’ll work closely with clients on the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that leverage Microsoft technologies. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Project management using Agile Methodology
  • Experience with Atlassian Products
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, Power Platform
  • Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
  • Knowledge of the full Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD
  • Ability to take a metric-driven approach to measure impact, often involving Microsoft Power BI for reporting and interactive dashboards
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • SCM or PMP Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of email routing, DNS, hybrid configurations, and PowerShell scripting
  • Power Platform Certification

Responsibilities

  • Driving end-to-end delivery of large-scale M365 projects.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, defining success criteria, tracking schedules, and managing the project roadmap and release cycles.
  • Working with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and implement scalable solutions.
  • Identifying potential issues, proposing solutions, and mitigating risks to keep initiatives on track.
  • Providing clear, compelling project narratives and status updates to both technical and executive-level audiences.
  • Ensuring data integrity, updating internal best practices, and governing the implementation and use of M365 tools.
