About The Position

About the role The Application Services team is seeking a Microsoft 365 Support Administrator to support the growing asks on the team to administer our knowledge management system. What you'll do Work directly with our Principal M365 Engineer & Data Analyst to manage the operation of our Microsoft 365 Platform. Provide firsthand support to users while helping to implement features and policies that ensure the platform scales with our growing employee base.

Requirements

  • Passionate about helping users with documentation
  • Eager to show initiative in solving issues and looking at solutions that provide longer term solutions for users.
  • Eager to learn about and implement the latest AI and other technical advances in the M365 platform, covering SharePoint and other technologies like Teams and Planner.
  • At least 1- 2 years experience working with Microsoft SharePoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Passion and initiative to improve the productivity of fellow employees by implementing best practice SharePoint solutions.
  • Certifications in SharePoint or M365 related tech are a plus.
