About The Position
The Microsoft 365 Enablement Lead for Digital Workplace at Akraya, Inc. is a pivotal role focused on defining and leading the digital workplace enablement strategy and processes specifically for M365 applications. This position requires an expert-level understanding of M365 applications and services, including MS Loop, MS Planner, MS To Do, MS Copilot, SharePoint, and OneDrive. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, monitoring, publishing, and managing goals and measurements that demonstrate the impact of digital workplace enablement initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate multi-channel communication campaigns aimed at driving technology adoption across the organization. Collaboration with various digital workplace stakeholders is essential, as you will oversee the creation of enablement resources that support the effective use of M365 applications. Additionally, you will facilitate enablement events and actively participate in the digital workplace steering committee, ensuring that all initiatives align with the overall strategy and objectives of the organization. This position is a contract role based in Sunnyvale, CA, requiring three days of onsite work each week. The duration of the contract is 12 months, with the possibility of extension, and offers a competitive pay range of $55 to $66 per hour.
