About The Position

The Microsoft 365 Cloud Developer Co-Op will gain hands-on experience and mentorship while developing custom solutions within the Microsoft 365 platform to solve business problems. This role will work closely with the Senior M365 Cloud Engineer and interact with individuals across various departments at Coverys. The co-op will be responsible for building and optimizing solutions using SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and PowerBI, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.

Requirements

  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related major.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows operating system environment.
  • Problem-solving skills including identification of issues, obstacles, and opportunities, and development and implementation of effective solutions.
  • Ability to use a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and customer service skills to consistently maintain a high level of collaboration and interaction with clients and teammates.
  • Understanding of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, PowerBI, and M365 administration or the ability to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the Microsoft 365 Platform a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement custom solutions within the Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and PowerBI.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support for M365 from initial contact through resolution.
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all assigned issues; escalate product bugs or unresolvable cases if necessary; notice trends and report reoccurring problems.
  • Participate in team meetings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new Microsoft 365 features and services.
  • Other duties, as needed.
