Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 implementation, operation, and technical support
  • Experience managing core M365 services including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Experience handling user issues including root cause analysis, resolution, and prevention
  • Experience documenting operation history, incidents, and improvement reports
  • Strong communication skills with operations teams and customers
  • Candidates who meet partial qualifications may still apply
  • Bilingual (English/Korean)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AD / Exchange / M365 hybrid environments
  • Experience designing and operating Microsoft 365 security policies
  • Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access
  • MIP, DLP, MCAS (Defender for Cloud Apps)
  • Intune, SCCM
  • Experience with PowerShell automation or process improvement
  • Experience working with Microsoft support and vendors
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments

Responsibilities
