About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing assembly or production environment (preferred).
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Ability to read and understand documentation, bill of materials, and assembly drawings.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and good organizational skills.
• Excellent attendance and work record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with automated and/or manual die attach.
• Experience with automated and/or manual wire bonding.
• Experience with soldering.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Read and follow building instructions and assembly drawings.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate the auto mount machine.
• Work with small hand tools such as tweezers and epoxy dispensers.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to assembly standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Be available for overtime on short notice.
