The Microkitchen Manager is responsible for the service and experience of the operation. This role motivates, trains, develops and directs team members in delivering exceptional service and accomplishing daily goals. This position oversees the daily administrative and operational tasks required, including financial management, analysis, sanitation and safety. The Microkitchen Manager focuses on hospitality and the MK experience for the Client's Food program in order to support operational excellence. This position reports into the General Manager and will leverage their strong hospitality and operational skills in partnership with key stakeholders (culinary, nutrition, marketing, behavioral science, concept development, procurement, risk management, operations and people approach) to execute to standards and promote the ongoing success of the program while delivering an outstanding user experience.
