About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology or medical field technology.
• 1-2 years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment preferred.
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Software.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks in accordance with laboratory procedures and policies.
• Work cooperatively with team members.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Organize, prepare, and analyze client samples according to laboratory SOPs.
• Demonstrate aseptic technique throughout all laboratory actions.
• Display competency in GMP documentation and data recording.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance with federal regulations and client requirements.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures under supervision.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Accurately record data.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain an audit-ready laboratory.
• Create and maintain a clean and sterile environment.
• Handle job responsibilities in accordance with company ethics and applicable laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
