About The Position

Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! This position is for a Laboratory Technician who will be responsible for collecting microbiological sampling of beverages, syrups, and raw materials. The technician will perform sanitation swabbing utilizing aseptic techniques to prevent sample contamination. This role will conduct sample plating, incubation, and monitoring to ensure production complies and is submitted to external laboratories for additional analysis. You will manage microbiological laboratory supplies inventory, housekeeping, and in-house verifications of temperature and air monitoring devices. Additionally, you will maintain confidential records and participate in external audits to ensure compliance. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
• 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience.
