About The Position

Rapidly Growing global human and animal nutrition company is seeking a microbiology Laboratory Technician to support research driven projects within microorganism testing!

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Microbiology, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant laboratory experience required.
• Proficiency in basic lab techniques (e.g., pipetting, weighing, dilutions).

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of cGMP and experience in Quality Control.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following techniques: PCR, Real-Time PCR, Microbial plating, ELISA, SDS-PAGE.

Responsibilities

• Test customer implementations of microorganisms.
• Maintain accurate and timely record of test results.
• Perform standard and complex laboratory procedures.
• Work collaboratively with various departments to compile, analyze, and interpret data.
• Assist in executing short- and long-term research projects from inception through to completion.
• Perform laboratory techniques related to Analytical Chemistry, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance.
• Conduct tests for customer microorganism implementations.
• Record and report findings in compliance with SOPs, batch records, and cGMP guidelines.
• Maintain laboratory safety and procedural standards.
