About The Position

This role provides environmental monitoring and microbiology lab support in a controlled manufacturing environment. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and contributing to quality and compliance in biopharmaceutical operations.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related field OR Associate’s degree in Life Sciences with relevant experience.
Ability to meet physical demands: Lift 25 lbs or more Stand/walk for extended periods Push/pull carts and equipment
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow SOPs.
Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new techniques.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments .
Familiarity with microbial identification and environmental monitoring .
Knowledge of cGMP regulations and LIMS systems.

Responsibilities

Perform environmental monitoring in cleanrooms and controlled areas to ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
Collect samples from high-purity water systems , clean steam, and compressed gases for routine testing.
Support general lab operations, including: Cleaning controlled temperature units Operating autoclaves Maintaining lab cleanliness and organization
Assist with equipment maintenance and calibration coordination .
Use the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to log samples and maintain accurate records.
Participate in overtime, weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations as needed.
