Responsible for accurate and timely processing of microbiology and chemistry testing for all 3 divisions within Simmons Foods, INC. This is a Salary Non-Exempt position. The Food Microbiologist will work on an individual task rotation as well as be part of the larger team on a daily basis. This includes training and assisting new team members as they learn the quality management system. The position requires participation in the ongoing development, communication, and implementation of team concepts, programs, and policies.
