Micro Market Lead
About The Position
The Micro Market Lead is responsible for the daily production, delivery, stocking, merchandising, and guest experience for the HPE Roseville Micro Market program. This role begins each morning at Centene Sacramento, where the Lead prepares grab-and-go food items and micro market supplies and products, loads and transports inventory to HPE Roseville, ensures the micro market and coffee stations are fully stocked and merchandised, provides guest support onsite, and returns to Centene to prepare for the following day. The hourly pay range for this position is $24.00 per hour - $26.00 per hour per hour.
Requirements
- 2+ year food service or hospitality experience, preferably in cooking
- Food safety knowledge and food handler's card
- Valid state driver's license
- Must be 18 or older
- Clean and safe DMV driving record
- Organized, friendly, dependable
- Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs
- Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code
- Employees must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
- All employees must adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. This includes following safety protocols, maintaining environmental responsibility, and upholding quality standards in all tasks. Employees are expected to actively participate in HSEQ training and report any potential hazards or compliance concerns.
Responsibilities
- Prepare grab-and-go food items and beverages according to recipes and specs
- Package, label, date, and rotate products properly
- Load, transport, and deliver products and supplies on time
- Support and assist with catering events at HPE Roseville as needed
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise the micro market and coffee stations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs
- Support guests and maintain presentation standards
- Follow all safety and food handling standards
