Test and troubleshoot micro-electronics RF subsystems and circuits in compliance with MIL-STD-883. Perform precise alignment and calibration of RF circuits and systems. Operate and maintain RF test equipment, such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters. Interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Document test results, maintenance logs, and failure reports. Support engineering in the design and development of new RF products. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in processes and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Work in a clean-room environment. Essential Functions: Troubleshooting RF/Analog hardware using legacy and state-of-the-art test equipment Solid understanding of RF theory and principles. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity. Experience with surface-mount technology (SMT) components. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Work closely with peers and Test Engineers. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Work with MS Office Word and Excel applications in support of test / test issues. Utilize test software tools such as MATLAB and LabVIEW
