About The Position

Controlled Contamination Services has been a national provider of facility solutions, technical and decontamination services, since 1993. Our clients are in the Life Sciences, Technology, IT, Defense and Aerospace industries. The Micro-cleaner is a critical role in the company which ensures the proper cleaning of the cleanroom, controlled environment and GMP laboratory environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have and be able to consistently apply communication skills, customer service skills, initiative skills, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines.
• Continually monitor the cleanroom cleaning procedures to ensure all cleanings are completed promptly and correctly.
• Participate in continuous training: cGMP training, technical skills, safety, performance improvement.
• Detail document control (using Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Micro-clean all surfaces within the controlled environment including ceilings, walls, equipment and floors.
• Follow customer standard operating procedures in precise detail including documentation.
• Identify deviations in cleaning and follow through on corrective and preventative actions (variances).
• Review changes to cGMP documentation and re-train.
• Assist in the cross training of other Controlled Contamination Services personnel.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Perform all other duties as defined by supervisor.
