You can help ensure we remain among the best: We are looking for a dedicated MICE ACCOUNT MANAGER with strong commitment, passion, and first experience in the MICE and/or event industry to join us, full-time and permanent, in Munich or Frankfurt (Neu Isenburg).

  • Strengthen a dynamic team of marketing and sales experts and work closely with colleagues from the Leisure Marketing and PR teams on cross-functional projects.
  • Plan and implement live communication projects that go beyond traditional sales.
  • Provide independent and professional consulting and support for international and German-speaking tourism clients.
  • Implement strategic sales measures and develop concepts for reaching out to event planners in agencies and companies in the DACH market.
  • Organize and run roadshows, trade fairs, and workshops, and plan informational trips to beautiful destinations.
  • Write newsletters, invitations, and social media posts quickly and creatively in both German and English.
  • Manage social media accounts strategically and stay updated on the latest platforms, channels, and trends.
  • Meet regularly with event planners and cooperation partners in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to build professional relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze projects and activities with a focus on achieving the highest possible ROI.
  • High level of commitment, passion, and professional experience in the tourism, MICE, event, and/or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong network of relevant contacts.
  • Extroverted personality with enjoyment in networking at trade fairs and industry gatherings.
  • Fluent in German and English at a professional business level; additional languages are a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Proficient in all common MS Office programs and Google tools.
  • Ability to work independently and service-oriented.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Exceptional commitment, teamwork, and time flexibility.
