About The Position
KIPP Miami is seeking awe-inspiring elementary teachers to guide students as they climb the mountain to college and beyond. Our teachers are dynamic leaders both in and outside of their classrooms, passionate about education and dedicated to building strong relationships to generate student achievement. We are looking for motivated K-4 teachers with a track record of molding future leaders in our communities. Teachers will be responsible for creating lesson plans, using data to teach to mastery, and working closely with students, families, and colleagues to support student progress.
