About The Position

Now Hiring: Drivers for Miami Gardens Transportation Service for Individuals 55+
We’re looking for compassionate, safety-minded drivers to join our team in Miami Gardens as we launch a new transportation service dedicated to individuals 55 and older. This service will be operated with our fleet of fully electric vehicles, providing a clean, efficient, and environmentally friendly way to get around.Our drivers are more than just drivers. They are caring individuals who take pride in helping others and becoming a trusted part of the community. You’ll be assisting seniors and people with disabilities in getting in and out of vehicles safely, offering friendly support during rides, and ensuring that every passenger feels valued and respected. Requirements

• You must be at least 22 years old.
• Must have the ability to drive a commercial vehicle.
• Must have a passion for helping others.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Have 3+ years of licensed driving experience in the United States.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate a driver app.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass the pre-employment drug test, criminal background check and physical.

Responsibilities

• Providing safe and reliable transportation within our communities while engaging in the highest level of customer service to our passengers.
• Ensuring daily that vehicles are both clean and safe for our passengers.
• Use navigation apps to determine the optimal route to ensure multiple passengers arrive at their destination in a timely manner.
• Acting as an Ambassador for Freebee and any other partnering company. This can include handing out samples and attending advertising events.
• Communicate with management and team members about any occurrences while driving within the community.
